
THE PILATES BARRE STUDIO POLICIES
At The Pilates Barre, our goal is to provide a welcoming, safe, and high-quality experience for every client. The following policies are in place to ensure fairness, consistency, and the best possible environment for our community.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Classes: 12 Hours Notice Required
All class cancellations must be made a minimum of 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time.
Cancellations must be completed through your account via our app. Cancellations submitted via email are not guaranteed to be processed in time and may result in a late cancellation charge.
Class Pack Passes Cancellation and No Show:
Cancellations made within 12 hours of class or no show will be considered a Late Cancel and will result in the loss of the class credit as if attended.
Memberships Late Cancellation and No Show
If you have an auto-pay membership, a $15 No-Show Fee will be automatically charged for missed classes without cancellation. Late cancellations made within 12 hours of class will incur a $10 Late Cancellation Fee. In both cases, your class credit will be returned to your account.

Membership Policy
Membership Commitment
All memberships at The Pilates Barre require a minimum six (6) month commitment from the date of enrollment. By purchasing a membership, the member agrees to maintain their membership for the full commitment period.
Memberships may only be cancelled before the completion of the six-month commitment in the event of a documented medical condition, relocation outside the service area, or other significant emergency circumstances approved by The Pilates Barre at its sole discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.
Automatic Payments
Membership fees will be automatically charged to the payment method on file on the member's scheduled billing date each month. Members are responsible for ensuring that their payment information remains current and valid.
Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable except where required by law.
Class Reservations
Members are encouraged to reserve classes in advance through the Mindbody booking system. Class reservations are subject to availability and do not guarantee admission to a class once the class has reached capacity.
All members are subject to The Pilates Barre's cancellation, attendance, and waitlist policies.
12-Hour Cancellation Policy
All class cancellations for members must be made a minimum of twenty-four (12) hours prior to the scheduled class start time.
Cancellations must be completed through the Pilates Barre app.. Cancellation requests made by email, phone, text message, social media, or through an instructor are not guaranteed to be processed and may result in applicable fees.
Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy For Memberships
To ensure fair access to classes for all members and provide waitlisted clients with the opportunity to book available spots, the following policy applies:
If you reserve a class and:

Cancel within 12 hours of the scheduled class start time; or

Fail to attend a reserved class without cancelling in advance,
the following fees will apply:

$10 Late Cancellation Fee

$15 No-Show Fee
For members on an auto-pay membership, your class credit will be returned to your account; however, the applicable fee will still be charged.

Waitlist Policy
Members who join a waitlist are responsible for monitoring their reservation status. Please only join a waitlist if you are able to attend the class.
If a spot becomes available, you may be automatically added to the class from the waitlist up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. By joining a waitlist, you agree to be automatically enrolled in the class if a space becomes available and should be prepared to attend.
Once you have been added to the class, the reservation is considered confirmed and the standard cancellation, late cancellation, and no-show policies will apply. Any late cancellations or no-shows after being moved into the class from the waitlist will be subject to the applicable fees and/or loss of class credit.
Membership Changes
The Pilates Barre reserves the right to modify membership offerings, pricing, class schedules, policies, instructors, and studio operations at any time. Reasonable notice will be provided where practicable.
Agreement to Policies
By purchasing and maintaining a membership with The Pilates Barre, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all membership terms, studio policies, booking requirements, cancellation policies, and attendance policies.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
To ensure a safe and uninterrupted class experience, late entry is not permitted.
Studio doors will be locked at class start time. Clients arriving after the scheduled start time will not be permitted entry and will be charged as a late cancel or no show.

RESCHEDULING POLICY
The Pilates Barre reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, or substitute instructors of equal experience, in the event of illness, injury, or unforeseen circumstances.
Any changes will be communicated in a timely and respectful manner.
MEMBERSHIPS & PAYMENTS
All memberships and class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled with a minimum of 30 days written notice prior to the next billing date.
Any failed or declined payments must be resolved within 48 hours to maintain active booking privileges.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds on memberships, class packages, series or services. In exceptional circumstances, account credits may be issued at the discretion of management.
CLASS PACKAGE EXPIRY
All class packages are subject to a 1 year expiry date and must be used within the specified time frame.
Expiry dates will not be extended except in cases of medical emergency with appropriate documentation.
STUDIO ETIQUETTE
To maintain a calm, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all clients:

Follow instructor guidance at all times

Be respectful to instructors and fellow clients
GRIP SOCKS POLICY
Grip socks are required for all Reformer and Barre classes for safety and hygiene purposes.
Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.
HEALTH & SAFETY
If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you do not attend class.
Please cancel within the policy window to avoid charges.
Clients participate in all classes at their own risk and are responsible for informing instructors of any injuries or limitations prior to class.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The Pilates Barre is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please store personal belongings in designated areas.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
-Private and semi-private sessions require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation.
-Late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged in full.
PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE
From time to time, photos or videos may be taken in the studio for promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to be included, please notify a member of our team.
POLICY AGREEMENT
By booking and attending classes at The Pilates Barre, you acknowledge and agree to all studio policies outlined above.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a positive and supportive studio environment for everyone.
